How would we feel if we didn’t experience emotional states?
Hello beautiful soul!
I don’t know about you but the moment I feel a ‘negative’ emotion, I must take care of it. Taking care of it means embracing it and understanding why it is manifesting in my life.
Emotions are states of mind with which we must relate in some way, and all emotions live within us since we were born (and beyond)…anger, love, anxiety, joy, fear and sadness.
We experience emotions from a very young age, which is when we first learn to deal with and manage them. Can you think of a challenging emotion that keeps coming up in your current life that started when you were little?
Is your inner child trying to get your attention?
So why fight something that is part of us?
We go through these emotional states to open up new inner worlds, which help us to become aware of our circumstances, whether something needs to change or be addressed.
Taking care of our emotions, even the unpleasant ones, means taking care of ourselves, of the unknown parts of ourselves.
What are emotions?
Emotional reactions are deep energies that tell us what is right or wrong for us.
