Hi Kris, even though there is no "one size fits all" remedy for it, and there are many different kinds of neuropathy, based on my knowledge and research, I am going to share what I know about it that might help.

It might be helpful to consider what the hands and feet (where you feel the discomfort) mean to you.

The feet are our means of getting around. It may be good to ask yourself about the direction your life is taking. Where are you going, or not going? Is something happening too fast? Is something changing in your life that doesn’t feel right? Do you hold onto regrets? What happened around the time the symptoms manifested?

Here are some questions to consider:

• Do I feel safe in my body?

• Do I feel safe in my home?

• Is my home a comfortable and welcoming place for me?

• Do I stand up for myself? If not, why?

• Have I been eating enough nourishing food?

Basically, the feet are related to moving forward and feeling safe.

Now, the hands are quite similar to the feet. Also, if there is discomfort, it could mean that there is dissatisfaction in life, and the difficulty to believe that you are worthy of what you have achieved in your life.

Some useful questions:

• Do I feel satisfied?

• Do I feel worthy? If not, why not?

• Do I feel deserving?

• Do I feel appreciated, validated, seen, heard, and listened to?

I would also look at how the symptoms you are experiencing make you feel emotionally.

When you think about the symptoms, what emotions come up? What is the meaning behind? What is your body trying to tell you?

Having said all the above, we should never think that everything that happens to us has a spiritual meaning, but it is worth looking at it.

Hope this helps.
