Are limiting beliefs holding you back?

Do you notice that as you make progress in your life, more resistance shows up?

Perhaps you have let go of some challenging emotions from the past.

Perhaps you have forgiven someone who hurt you.

Perhaps you have healed from trauma.

Perhaps you are more in love with yourself than you have ever been.

Perhaps you feel good, and ready to move forward…but that feeling fades quickly, and now you feel heavy and stuck.

You may struggle to come back on track with your healing.

When you reach a new level of growth, it brings all of your underlying subconscious beliefs to the surface, and you feel stuck and tired on a conscious level.

This is because there are aspects of you in your subconscious mind (that you are not aware of) that believe you aren’t good enough, worthy enough, or deserving enough of the self-love, self-acceptance, and emotional freedom you have recently obtained and want more of.

The majority of these beliefs you learned in your childhood.
